We want you to love your new gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused products. Ensure your items are in original condition with all tags and smell-proof baggies intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After approval, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear gets back to us safely.

• 3.
  Pack the Goods

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, including all secret pockets and accessories, and securely tape the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
